English people can't form sentences without them so try and start at least with these 10 essential phrasal verbs for work and you'll feel like you've finally entered the phrasal verb club rather than looking in from the outside.

TO TAKE OVER | to start doing something left by someone else | Jason has taken over responsibility for this project. |
TO GO OVER | to examine or look at something more closely | We need to go over the contract again before signing. |
TO POINT OUT | to bring to someone's attention | Sarah pointed out a few problems with the project that need our attention. |
